Excellent cookbook with a lot of full-color photo's and recipes that don't take longer than 30 minutes to prepare. Both the prep and cook times precede each recipe as well as serving size. Next the ingredients are listed in two columns, in bold, followed by the numbered cooking steps. At the bottom of each recipe are the calories, protein, carbohydrate, total fat, OMG cholesterol, sodium, etc.

The recipes are not complicated and inspired me to spin off of them slightly to my own tastes. Lots of
