Old book. Fun facts to whip through. Some way more in depth than others. Some were , “we don’t really know” but here’s what we know. I had no interest in many so just skipped. Great trivia for younger (than60! ) who would like history of slang and other deep facts. Lots of things related to bible were interesting. Something for everyone. I gave it 3 as I blipped over so much due to the content, not the book.

This a book of 569 random questions with answers. This edition was published in 1984 so it's dated in terms of answers. Some questions cannot be definitively answers but Stimpson does a good job of presenting what evidence is available. Questions vary widely in subject matter and include natural sciences, biblical, word origins among others. All answers seem to be carefully researched and include responses from experts directly with the author.
