Quick read. Nothing Earth shattering in here, but good reminders of how to lead well.

While there are some good points in this book (and it's short), it still took me months to get through it because of the overwhelmingly self-indulgent anecdotes, inconsistent, rambling writing style and pages upon pages of family photos. Who cares about some strange man's family photos!?
