I found this at a thrift store and what a great find! I'll be making at least a dozen of these recipes. I like the easy to understand directions and the fact that the ingredient lists aren't lengthy and full of unaffordable items.

It is said that bread is the staff of life. This is a great little book on the basics of bread making with numerous recipes for breads around the world. This is a good addition for the kitchen of home bakers who enjoy trying breads other than plain white bread.
