I have been using this cookbook for a few years and it is really good! Some recipes are basic and some are quite exotic. Nothing better than fresh baked bread that is much cheaper than what you get at the store!
So far I have made two recipes from this book. The first one, Brownie Bread, was completely flavorless. The second one, Basic Lean White Bread, was chewy, tough, flavorless and hard as a rock on the outside. I had to throw it away. I don't think I will be trying a third recipe.
