To be fair, I read 50 pages of this book. But it's just SO BAD. The writing is 4th grade level (using graduate school words). I believe the writer was a lawyer and to his credit he does not write lawyerspeak; that said, truly, it reads like a Hardy Boys book. I just don't care about any of the characters, their actions are completely over-acted (for lack of a term). Blech.
