Very useful books for birding the tough US border areas as well as Mexico, i.e. for identifying migratory birds passing through the region. Excellent resource for Mexico. My edition precedes having maps but has good range and territory and habitat information.

This is a helpful guide (part of the Peterson Field Guide series); one which well augments the much more comprehensive Guide to the Birds of Mexico and Northern Central America by Steve Howell.

Excelent and complete book. Includes all Mexican birds and their illustrations. Geographical and local territories. My personal favorite.
