So many brilliant recipes, completely dispells the myth that vegan food has to be tasteless and boring, this provides vegan alternatives to many favourites (although I don't like to think of them as alternatives, as you start to compare to what you've had before, think of them as additions!) Great read, I am a vegetarian who considers myself 80% vegan and that percentage is going up thanks to this book :) x
