Made me come to terms w/ the fact that I don’t want to see older people in my life suffer from Alzheimer’s 😔 so you could say this book is powerful & lasting.

I've only recently finished it because the subject matter has become more relevant to me.

Such an interesting book re Alzheimer's and the brain and how we can decrease our chances of getting it... I have yet to take the memory test in the book.
