I social network nella P.A.

La pubblica amministrazione, nel corso degli ultimi anni, si è trovata a rincorrere paradigmi e stili di vita associati al digitale, che tuttavia scarsamente ha compreso e raramente ha adottato. Ora che la crisi, economico-finanziaria e istituzionale, impone rigore e ricerca di alternative modalità di lavoro ed erogazione dei servizi, è quanto mai ineludibile il ricorso alle vie del le P.A. che non sapranno mettere in discussione le loro norme e procedure interne per adattarle a questa nuova realtà, rischiano di segnare ancora più marcatamente la distanza fra cittadini e istituzioni. Il libro propone i modelli che hanno favorito la crescita della partecipazione e della democrazia elettronica, analizzando poi le buone pratiche internazionali dove questi fenomeni hanno convinto le istituzioni a porsi in una posizione di ascolto e collaborazione verso i social network come Facebook e Twitter. Vengono illustrati i servizi già maturi e più diffusi che un'amministrazione pubblica può adottare da subito e senza costo, e i vantaggi per i cittadini derivanti dall'adozione di queste pratiche social.

About the author

As a civil servant for the regional government of Veneto, he has been facilitating the processes that take advantage of new technologies and disseminating digital culture in the Public Administration.
On the web since the early 90s, he set up the first civic network "Venice On-Line", based in Venice, and later the first city portal, "Venezia.Net”. In the late '90s he founded, together with other associates, the first network of municipalities in the Province of Venice "East Pole/hub", and finally one of the first Italian social network: "Networkingitalia.it”. In the Veneto Region, where he has been working on eGovernment in the Community Network project, he created the first intranet network based on workspaces and dynamic 2.0. He developed, together with partners from different Italian regions, Ritef, the "network of regions for e-learning" and he has been one of the protagonists of the Cisco Networking Academy in Italy since the early 2000. He currently works as consultant for universities, government ministries and agencies to disseminate the dynamics and values of collaboration and participation. " He is the president of Assint (association for the development of innovation and new technologies), a member of the executive of the Institute for Policy Innovation, founder / facilitator of the network of innovators in public administration, a member of the Scientific Board of egov magazine and founder of the Italian Association for Opengovernment. He conceived and promoted the first Barcamp of innovation in public administration, and he collaborates with various institutions to master courses on Enterprise 2.0 and 2.0 e-government. He is the author of the book "Digital Citizenship", "The websites of public administration", 'Social Networking in Public Bodies" and "Business Networking"

Chiaro ed essenziale, ricco di spunti per un corretto e proficuo uso dei social network in ambito pubblico. Caldamente consigliato a chi usa social a scuola.
