Each and Every Time I read this book, i have tears in my eyes and a lingering thought that is this the unripe world we are living in........

I just feel that its a perfect tale that shows that we are having lost affection and its all that love we need to live a happy n content life

I read this book for the first time three years back, and now this book has become so close to my heart, that I come back to this book again once in a while. It's like having food cooked by mother after eating out for months. Set amidst the picturesque city of Ceuta, and our beloved city Kolkata, the story paints a perfect picture of a family man's life, and the almost palpable yearning to have his family by his side. Well, the book surely manages to strike an emotional chord with the readers and manages to make the readers sympathize with the agony of Vedant. The book brings out the intricacies of life after retirement with the precision of a surgeon. The characters are all good and there is a unique depth in all of them.

Missing Varrun is a book about a love story between a boy( Vedant) of typical Marwari-Bengali Indian family and a NRI Girl. The Story is really very touching and loving. The story tells about the interesting life journey of author and his family. About his love about his son Varrun and daughter and his mother. i love this book really a very nice book. A must read book..
