The whole MBAA Practical Handbook series contains some great information that is presented in a concise Q&A format, but large sections of it are very dated. Proceed with caution, and when something sounds odd be ready to double check it against newer sources. This series is due for a refreshed new edition.

Straight forward no nonsense brewhouse operations. I'm just excited to say officially that I have the time to read a book
