If, like me, you're more familiar with Colorado water law than either Eastern, Californian, or Hawaiian water law (you are probably not like this) and enjoy dealing with concepts like appurtenancy (you are definitely not like this) then you will enjoy this overview of the other regimes and find it refreshing (pun).

David does a great job explaining this rather complicated area of Western law. Five stars!

Ok, not the most interesting read, but it did help in the class.
