I read it again, more slowly, letting the archetypal images imprint on my mind... the book is too short for more than short snippets and some of the lore is a little convoluted, but it opens up a vast landscape for further explorations of myth and inner truth.

Read this over the summer and re-read it again now to absorb some of the information again. Really great deck and very interesting explanations of the cards. I actually like the ambiguity and the snippets of lore across Celtic cultures. Very easy to jump back in and find what is needed while using the associated deck but also has so many spreads and details laced within that you can get pretty indepth with it. A fun read.

Beautiful deck and really great accompanying book. Though it should be noted you need to purchase another book to have full explanation of the shamanic path. However, you can work with this book and the cards alone so don't fret! Stunning card designs too.

Excellent little book on understanding the using cards to draw out one's own psychic abilities and debunking the myth that card reading is satanic worship. Very readable, concise overview of card reading. Cards are beautiful - all with Celtic design and sybols.
