1983 is a long time ago in terms of aircraft design and technology. This book is still great though, it goes into a level of detail that is rarely seen without getting bogged down in equations. Highly recommended.

Read this long ago, its an excellent primer on various issues in modern aerial combat and how guided missiles and smart weapons work. A little dated by now but still useful.
