Yea! A spiral bound crochet book that can lay flat when you're using it! This is a fun crochet book aimed at a younger audience new to crocheting. Besides the "hot" projects (Striped Halter Top, Lacy Camisole, String Bikini Top), there are several patterns for accessories and home decor items, and then lots of pages devoted to various techniques, from the basics to "fancy stitches." There are also pages showing different stitches, with a decent color photo and text directions, but no stitch charts. One minor irritation: Most of the book is oriented to be viewed in one direction, but the opposing page of the stitch dictionary parts are then upside down. Although some of the garments look dated or the photography styling is just poor, this would be a great book for someone new to the craft.
