This book was written by my college roommate. It is filled with touching, funny, heart-wrenching anecdotes about deaf people and their culture. Peggy Johnson has led a very humble yet incredible life helping marginalized people. I am so proud to know her. I loved reading her book! This would be a great book for a Christian small group to read together. There are study questions at the end for every chapter. I am appalled at what a sheltered life I lead.
