This book has been really helpful for my 3 year old daughter. The title of the book and the subject matter may seem a little bit laughable to anyone outside of my situation, but I am so glad this book exists. It's nice that she can read it with me, with someone helping out when I'm really struggling, or on her own. Because of this book and the opportunities it gives us to talk about my depression, my daughter has a basic but solid idea about depression, medication, and everything else it entails. I think it could be better. The illustrations are pretty sad, and the wording isn't perfect, but it's the best I have found.
