Trick or treat! It's Halloween and the Disney Princesses are celebrating this sweet and spooky season! Cinderella carves pumpkins, Ariel dresses up in costume, and Belle explores the creepy corners of the Beast's castle in this 24-page storybook featuring all-new illustrations.
Cinderella loves Halloween. She carves pumpkins. Princess Aurora has help from the fairies to make her costume. Ariel Makes masks out of seashells. Belle Makes Pumpkin Pie, that is the Beasts favorite. Cinderella hands out candy. Snow White watches the dwarfs bob for apples. Belle tells scary stories, they even scare the Beast. Cinderella and the Prince ride in their own magic carriage made of a real pumpkin. Happy Halloween!!!
Cute book about different princesses participating in various Halloween activities. Even the sea dressed up in costumes in Ariel's world! The illustrations are your typical Disney illustrations of the Disney princesses and characters. I enjoyed the book.
Yikes, this is awful there is no storyline at all it just says "Cinderella carves pumpkins" and so on, basically a small snippet of what each character is doing for Halloween but no base storyline at all. There are much better kids books for Halloween, I would suggest skipping over this one.
Cute, quick read for Halloween featuring some of the original Disney Princesses. I did enjoy how it incorporated the holiday without going over the top.
2007 Basically no story line, but my nieces love it because of the princesses and Halloween content! I would have this in my classroom as a "interest getter" for my younger students who love Disney princesses. Fairy tale genre.
It's got 2 stars as it's a not great Disney book - I cannot say storybook as there's no follow through story. However it's a Disney princess book starting the lovely ladies and telling about different aspects of Halloween. Since I'm not keen on Halloween at all but have to indulge due to having a child and living in the Us, I appreciate that there are books like this that give tasters on what Halloween is supposed to be about whilst leaving out the horrors and scary stuff and it's real origins as a dark festival.
This is the perfect example of a crap book. I have noticed that Disney is full of stuff like this. This book is more like a commercial for their products. Every princess takes a turn at doing something for Halloween. It is such an insipid book: no story, nothing compelling, no reason to purchase this.
I am sure we came into possession of this because Beetle likes the princesses. I hope it was a gift and not something my labor purchased.
This was a cute book. It has all your favorite Disney princesses and describes the different things they like to do for Halloween. It's not as lengthy as the other Disney storybooks, but the pictures were done really well. My daughter sat and listened to the whole thing without getting bored.
This will be a book we probably try to pick up every Halloween. We love our Disney princesses!!!
The concept of this book really is an interesting one. Girls who are enchanted by Disney princesses such as Belle, Ariel, Snow White, Cinderella, Aurora et all will probably like to see how these memorable characters celebrate Halloween, too. At the very least it is a fun book.
Even for a baby's book, this sucked. Both as a Halloween book and as a Disney princesses book. I wouldn't inflict this on any poor child expecting any brief but exciting Halloweeny adventures from her favorite princesses.
Perfect for any princess you may have at home, regardless if it is Trick or Treat time or not!!! My 4 year old requests it a lot, and I wouldn't necessarily say it Is top notch for me (30 yrs old) but let's remember the audience it was written for!
This book was really cute. It's a great way to introduce Halloween and to help children understand what Halloween is and what people do on Halloween. The pictures were great and it was fun to see what some of the princesses do for Halloween. This book was a really cute read.
Yeah, so Disney books fall short (okay, way short) of Dr. Seuss and even Eric Carle. Still, my 4 yr old little girl, who wants to be a zombie princess for Halloween, loves this one.
