Build A Great Team: One Year to Success by Catherine Hakala-Ausperk is a great hands-on, journaling book for library managers. This book is mainly about hiring decision-making, job descriptions, managing the team, and helping the team members develop their careers and reach for their goals and dreams. I really suggest this book for anyone who needs extra help in leadership and management, and if / when I ever become a manager, this will most likely be the book that I turn to for help.
