Personally I didn't really like the extent of violence in the book. However, it was still pretty good. A lot of tension and drama and a very interesting and fascinating concept of genetic modification

** Was sent a proof copy of this book from the publishers **

Unfortunately, while the cover is AWESOME but I couldn't really get into the story though I can definitely see others liking it more than me.

The book isn't as scary as the blurb portrays. It is good, thrilling book though. The story grabs you in and doesn't let go until you are at the end. There isn't much of a setup for another book to follow, but with the way this book ended, it could just be a stand-alone novel.
