The main problem I have with this book is the fact that each chapter is written by a different person. As a result, it is not a smooth read, as one has to switch between the various writing styles of the various contributors over and over. Another problem I have is that this book often has more of a historical feel than a legal feel; and I was hoping for more of a legal feel.
