And why is Jordan acting so weird?

Miss 3 is showing interest in graphic novel type books from her point of view they have lots of pictures and fun speech bubbles to point to. They're a bit annoying some times for me to read (since as an adult we can scan and assimilate; pointing to each speaker gets tiresome) but this one worked out well. She really likes mysteries and detectives, she likes science too; this incorporates both :) I enjoyed the little science side bars about geology and fossils; I imagine those might interest older kids.

Good book for elementary aged kids. Teaches science without feeling educational.
