This book is part of her Setting Boundaries Series that includes titles Setting Boundaries with Adult Children and Setting Boundaries with Aging Parents. Each book can be read on its own and enjoyed without reading the others in her series.

This book is so convicting in that it doesn't necessarily give you rules about which foods you need to eat but rather what your relationship to food should be. It shouldn't be used to fill voids that only God can fill.
