I could not read it fast enough and then again. I wanted to go back and re-read everything.

If you need and want to know more on spiritual benefits of fasting. This is a clgreat book. My spiritual life was completely chabged by fasting and I now can go into a fasting season more easily and enjoy the spiritual benefits. It's not about us anyway. But more of Jesus and the Lord and us just giving up just something small will lead us so much closer to our creator.
