How is this book not a NYT best-seller is beyond me. It deserves to be rated among the best happiness books ever written. Logical, comprehensive and practical with math and scientific backing while combining motivating anecdotal and spiritual elements, it's really an incredible book!

One of my new top ten favorite books of all time. Not because of the style or voice, but because of the tools included and how accessible the authors make them to the reader. Everyone should read this book. Well, at least those who want to be happier.
