A good book, for managers in companies that are working to become Health & safety managers, real good book, well written, and set out in a easy to follow format.

This is a good guide to have to hand for very quick revision. However; I wouldn't rely on it or you will struggle to get a pass on NEBOSH NGC1. I used it during train journeys to quickly revise.
