A really good book for anyone considering training to become a teacher (the boat I'm in) or already in training.
It is split into 16 very digestible chapters with really good insights on what to expect and some good tips for what to do to help you on the journey. if I do move forward into teacher training, I'm sure this will be a regular source of reference.
