If you're an old iron-head like me, you can still learn a few things about lifting AND LIVING. If you're a youngster, male or female, there's inspiration and knowledge aplenty. This man has lived a long, interesting life, took plenty of hits, and came out as a fine human being. He shares his wisdom here humbly with an energetic prose, spiced with humor. Again, perfect training companion. Who and what will follow me now in the fields of iron? Book 1 again, of course! I just find Draper's musings endlessly amusing, and bottomless source of inspiration.

SECOND TIME THROUGH: Still profit. Big time.

Fantastic book, very motivational! Especially if you realize how the author has been to Hell and back!

Was hoping for more exercise psychology but it's just a bunch of random blog posts. It's decent writing but repetitive
