This book had a list from A to Z in regards to explanations concerning vitamins, amino acids, and herbs. Additionally, it provided an A to Z list in regards to the ailments that could be remedied using various supplements. I would of liked to see a footnotes and sources as to where their information was retrieved from. At times it felt as if the book was providing information without any solid evidence and or sources to confirm their claims. Overall, this was an amazing supplement book- great for information regarding vitamins, amino acids, herbs, and ailments in which supplements could remedy.
