Turbulent genius who penetrated into the mysteries of turbulence.
Beauty is a drastic reduction in entropy, brought about by a corresponding drastic increase in entropy or chaos. Or in other words, beauty comes at a price.

If you want to know a lot more about van Gogh this book provides it. Great illustrations and highlights the influences on Gogh's work.
