12 booksFélix Bayón estudió Ciencias Políticas en la Universidad Complutense y Periodismo en la Escuela Oficial de Madrid y comenzó a ejercer esta profesión en el Diario de Cádiz, Informaciones y Le Monde. Sin embargo, su carrera profesional estuvo ligada fundamentalmente a El País, del que fue uno de sus pioneros, ya que se incorporó a su redacción en 1976, y trabajó durante muchos años en este rotativo como enviado especial en los cuatro continentes y como corresponsal en Moscú. Además, Félix Bayón fue corresponsal diplomático y jefe de la sección de Cultura, escribió el ensayo La vieja Rusia de Gorbachov (1985) y en los últimos meses era articulista de los periódicos del Grupo Joly, al que pertenece "Málaga Hoy".
Como escritor, su primera novela, Adosados, fue finalista del Premio Nadal de novela en 1995, fue llevada al cine por Mario Camus y su guion, del que fue coautor, fue premiado en los festivales de Chicago y Montreal. Con otra de sus novelas, Un hombre de provecho, consiguió en 1998 el trigésimo Premio Ateneo de Sevilla, y un mes antes de su fallecimiento había presentado su último libro, De un mal golpe, una historia del género negro que estaba ambientada en Marbella.
Bayón, que fue sometido a un trasplante de corazón en 1992, falleció el 15 de abril de 2006, a los 54 años, en la localidad malagueña de Marbella, donde residía desde 1994, víctima de un infarto masivo.

Se ci siete stati, ve la ricordate bene.

L'Alhambra di Granada �� una macchina del tempo, nemmeno le comitive di turisti riescono a intaccarne il fascino.
Un luogo cos�� merita un bravo fotografo, oppure un bel libro di fotografie da portare a casa per ricordo.
Questo �� sicuramente un libro di bellissime foto, molto evocative, in un formato che forse avrebbe potuto essere un po' pi�� generoso. La parte testuale mira pi�� alla poesia che alla storia, ma non guasta affatto.
Pi�� lo sfoglio e pi�� sono contento dell'acquisto.

Questo è sicuramente un libro di bellissime foto, molto evocative, in un formato che forse avrebbe potuto essere un po' più generoso. La parte testuale mira più alla poesia che alla storia, ma non guasta affatto.

The Alhambra is a glowing example of Muslim art and strength in the Iberian Peninsula. Novelist Felix Bayon provided the text, while Lluis Casals photographed the facility. Another reviewer mentioned that this is a gift shop offering in the Alhambra complex.
This is a smallish book (about 6.25 inches by about 6.25 inches). There are lots of photos but the descriptions are in the back of the book. For example: On page 20, there is a photo of 'The Fortress.' However, you must flip back to the 'Captions' section to read what the author wanted to say about the photo. The image is a thumb-print size and the caption indicates that "The large towers at the tips were added to the central wall by the Nasrids in the 11th century; in the 16th century the Tower of the Nobles on the right and the Bucket Tower on the left were added." Why didn't they add the captions to the photo? The flipping back-and-forth is irritating.
