Quite helpful. Lots of tips and tricks and advice. Although I like the "special features," it seems there were just too many of them. When everything is a special feature, it is no longer special. I did get a lot of great ideas from this book and would definitely recommend it.

I read this book for a class. It is a quick and easy read with a lot of useful information. It was well organized. It would be nice if I was actually and manger and could utilize some of the great tips and ideas in this book.

I enjoyed the read and it contained quality information about motivation. Overall, I thought it was fairly light though not necessarily a surface level discussion on motivation.
