The Scent of You
Gailen has been chasing Aspen for 4 years. When he finally catches up to her, everything changes. Now they're on the run together from an enemy they didn't see coming and have to rely on her estranged family to win the fight. For 4 years, she's been his purpose. If he has his way, that will remain true for the rest of their lives.
Aspen doesn't trust easily, but she can't stop herself from being drawn to Gailen. He makes her dream of a future she thought she didn't deserve, and makes her try to build bridges with the sisters she never got to know. If they make it past this threat, will she become part of the family, or go back on the run?

I received an ARC of this book. This was a great end to the Sorrelles' story! Again, Ashley continues to write in such a way that you don't even notice time going by as you get engulfed in the story. I loved the dive into family ties and belonging. Such an adventurous journey the two MCs went on together!

Loved. A great final novel to a fantastic series. Each of the Sorelle sisters is uniquely their own, yet tier to each other as well. I loved everything about this book and the series.

I really enjoyed this book, the hunt, the finding and everything that follows suit. This book is interesting and I’m glad that Gailen got his own book because even if he doesn’t feel like he is a Sorelle he is one. I know in all the other reviews I’ve made on this series I say that the couples are similar. But believe me when I say Gailen and Aspen are basically the same person. Same thing different font. They are so much alike and it’s almost uncanny. I’m not affected by the age gap, because I believe Aspen is mature enough because of her past and upbringing. It was really interesting to see and hear everything from Gailen point of view and I have been wanting to read his pov since I read ‘The Taste Of You’. I understand Aspen and why she ran, and if you don’t reading this book will help you to understand. Aspen going on the run was the best thing she could have possibly done for herself and it paid off well.
This is my fourth favourite book of the senses series💛.
