Spider-Man, here a "duly deputized officer of the law" (like Batman in the Adam West series), receives notice of trouble in the neighborhood via the video screen in the dashboard of his Spidey mobile. Green Goblin has been throwing pumpkins out his window, because he is messy, inconsiderate, and likes throwing food. Spider-Man tidies up, showing kids that cleanliness is next to Spidey-ness and that Super Heroes don't throw their food on the floor.

This book came packaged with a Spider-Man playset my son received for Christmas. He likes it, so it seems to work for its target audience. It's got me trying to remember what the little comics that came with my Masters of the Universe action figures were like. I think they were allowed to contain proper villainy. I don't recall plots about Skeletor littering up the streets of Eternia.
