This is a fun story introducing Mysterios’ first encounter (comics-verse) with Spider-Man. It follows the storyline I’m familiar with, with some updates for the new era (Mysterious losing his career due to the introduction of CGI). The artwork was decent as well, with a very cartoonish feel that I think kids would find appealing. I think young Spider-Amanda fans would like this book.

My 4 year old LOVES spider-man! However, this book was too mature for him and I ad-libbed the whole story LOL. Best for 8+ :-)

Spidermand's identity is duplicated, making him the villain instead of the hero. He gets to the bottom of it and his heroism is restored.

A big hit with younger children (3 & 4 year olds)
