Not a terribly interesting read, but has quite a lot of recipes that look nice. Measurements are given in metric & US customary units, and oven temps in Celsius & Fahrenheit. Directions are given for bread machine or forming by hand. Some of the flours used, such as brown & granary, may not be readily available here in the US.

Love the recipes in this book - and the fact that Peter gives instructions on using both a conventional oven and a breadmaker. Just made his gingerbread - it's great!
