An enjoyable book from start to finish.The intricacies that mean so much to the story are told in a way that makes it all seem so real, in other words this story could have been sloppily told but Liam's attention to detail made me stay riveted to the story. the characters are beautifully laid out and the story of religious zealots and overbearing government butting heads with the revolutionary "heroes" make this,for me, a book, while set 400 years in the future that I could easily relate to any ...more

Singularity Deterred is a gripping page turner. Once the action starts, it never stops! This is a terrific Sci-Fi novel - even for a Sci-Fi novice like myself. Can't wait until the sequel comes out!

An interesting tale, with a unique concept. There were a few editing mistakes that kind of bothered my OCD, but I was able to comprehend. The flow feels pretty good and it was very entertaining. As it was written by a friend of mine, it actually inspired me to try to get back into writing again, which I haven't done in quite some time. The text could've been a little more descriptive in places, and I feel like some of the pseudo-political subtext could have been a bit more limited. However, it w ...more
