I lost my partner this year to Cancer. I didn't know what I was about to read but I'm glad I did. It was understated yet breath-taking. And it made me feel like I wasn't alone. Thank you for writing this!

Attending the launch of Graft here in Wellington has surely been one of May's highlights for me. Is there anything better than finding oneself in a crowded bookstore surrounded by joyful, expectant people, a glass of wine in one hand and a volume of poetry in the other?
