"A deftly edited anthology"—Kelefa Sanneh, The New Yorker

It is all too rare that in the process of creating the movement and living the moment, participants and thinkers step back and ask the most pressing questions. This book is an impo

I was disappointed. There are some very good pieces about what Occupy accomplished, and some tidbits of knowledge that I was glad to get. i was at Occupy in Zucotti Park for a couple hours in early October 2011, and i really thought there was something substantial to it all. This book's essays capture some of that excitement and more than just non-specific protest.
