If you're looking for a nontraditional approach to the wedding-planning scene, this book has some interesting tips and tricks for you. I personally found it soothing to read something that advocated for the different approaches to wedding planning, rather than regurgitating the same common tropes of planning.

Planning a wedding doesn't qualify you to write a book, otherwise everyone would. This is the complete opposite from the other wedding books I've read. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but that doesn't mean your opinion is for everyone.
I initially picked up this book because I wanted to cut the costs.
The bottom line about weddings is do what you want and don't read books for advice.

I thought this was more a wedding crafts book but it's about planning your wedding with a couple of crafts included. Having planned a couple of weddings, there are some helpful guidelines but no concrete and sure plans. It's not just DIY but do whatever you like.

Loved this book. It was a great resource for "offbeat", "alternative", and money-saving ideas for wedding planning.
