“Cast all your cares on him.” “Love the Lord with all your heart.” “I can do all things . . . .” You’d be surprised how often the word “all” appears in the Bible—thousands of times. And with each description of God’s comprehen- sive promises, each reminder of our complete blessing in Christ, each appeal for our full and total surrender, His reputation grows larger before o ...more

“All” is such a little word that can have a huge impact if we first notice it and then see in what context it is being used. The word can be inclusive or exclusive. When it is in reference to mankind and God, the implications can be numerous. How many hymns do you know that contain the word “All” in the title, for example, “I Surrender All”? Do you know any of the history connected with hymns? There are bo

ALL TO JESUS is a 365 day devotional focused on the “Alls” of Scripture. The word “all” is repeated thousands of times, according to Mr. Morgan, in phrases such as:

All to Jesus is a wonderful devotional that will truly bless anyone who chooses to walk with the Lord through its pages. Each day includes a short Bible reading, with a special verse highlighted from the passage, and it is accompanied by a quick story or illustration or thought on life. I find that the daily devotion is just perfect to get me thinking about a truth from God's word, a truth that can carry me through my day. The devotions are interesting and well-written, and contain a lot of wisd ...more

One of the trends today is to pick one word and focus on it for the entire year. That is somewhat of the premise of this devotional. In the introduction Mr. Morgan tells us how reading 1 Peter 5:7 began his journey of studying the word all, in all of the scriptures. I know that most skip over introductions but in this case don’t, you will be doubly blessed by what he has to say.

The format is simple. Each day is numbered so you can literally start at any point in the year, be it January 1st or Ju

An excellent read to accompany your daily Bible reading! Morgan takes verses from the Bible that use the word "all," and he uses anecdotes from his time as a pastor, historical tidbits, and Bible lessons to expand on those verses. This was an encouragement for me each morning, and the truths stayed in my heart as I went about my day. I highly recommend this powerful little book.

I really wanted to like this book, but a devotional that jumps around from translation to translation makes no sense to me. For me a devotional is a guide to help you in your daily Bible reading. But if I can't open my Bible and follow along and study, make sense of what is being said...then it is just confusion and frustration to me.
Let me put it like this, I wrote a piece and sent it in by request. Was told that I had a special way with words and people would love my story. But when it was "ed

“The ultimate philosophical truth is this: Without Christ, all is vanity even when it’s easy; with Him, all is well even when it’s hard.” 7 likes
“Remember that the Lord has given you many signs through the years of His faithfulness. He has recorded hundreds of promises in His Book. The tokens of His love and grace are beyond number. He has never failed us yet. We can trust Him with loose ends, unsolved problems, and unresolved chords. He expects us to depend on Him with life’s outstanding issues.” 0 likes
