Audience: The audience for this book would be first, second, and third grades. I believe because of the amount of text on each page, this book would be best suited for these grades.

Appeal: This book would apply to children who have an interest in insects. I feel that first, second, and third graders just soak up informative books like this. The illustrations are appealing and will help relay in imagery what the author is explaining in the text.

Application: I would use a RAN strategy with this b

Picked up three copies of this book at the $1 bin at Target. Just read the little book, and it is cute, lots of good information about the wonderful Bee. Go Honey!!
