This book provided a good overview of health insurance terminology and types of coverage. A related workbook is available for those who are studying for a certification exam. Fortunately for me, that level of detail is not required in my job. The primer was published several years prior to passage of the Affordable Care Act, and some of its information is now outdated; however, it offers an interesting historical perspective on insurance trends and how/why the industry has developed.
