I really love the idea of biographies in graphic format. However, this one barely skims the surface and leaves a number of gaps. The art is a bit odd as well; the facial expressions don't always match the dialogue. But it's a way to serve nonfiction to reluctant readers, which is Capstone's target market.

A thorough biography of Jane Goodall for kids in graphic novel format. In a truncated format, it's often difficult to balance what to keep in, what to leave out, what to mention but not fully detail- but this book did a decent job of providing the right amount of highlights + detail.
