I really enjoyed this book. It was such a fun premise with travel blogger Jamie arriving at a what was a working cattle ranch, that is now a dude ranch catering to single women. She meets Cole, who owns the ranch and of course sparks fly. I adored the characters, both were flawed but of course they are perfect for each other. A lot of sexy times in this book but that is the norm for a Blaze novel.

There is also a great mystery aspect of this book that was a great plot point. It ended abrup

I love cowboys! I was going through a slump and realized I hadn't read any in a while, and this just called out to me and hit the spot perfectly! I had read, of course, book 4 in the series and was looping back around to the beginning. You don't need to read all the books, or even in order, but I liked the characters enough I wanted to know their stories
This is the start, explaining how Cole, the eldest, with 2 younger brothers and one younger sister, ended up turning the family ranch into a dud
Travel blogger Jamie Daniels books a trip to the Sundance Dude Ranch, needing to get away now that all her friends are married. The hot cowboys on the ad for the ranch don't hurt, and they are even better in person! Cole McAllister very reluctantly let his sister open the dude ranch to help with expenses - the economy is tough and the ranch is struggling. He wants nothing to do with the guests, but he can't seem to stay away from Jamie. This was a great start to the series - some background on t ...more
B701 July12 Made in Montana #1. Cole is not happy that his sister's idea to turn their family's working ranch into the Sundance Dude Ranch. Times are bad and this just might save the ranch. Travel blogger finds the dude ranch on line and heads out to check it out for her blog.
[did not finish] the connection is just weird between cole & jamie, jamie was saying other women went to stay at the ranch just to get laid but jamie is also giving me the feeling that she wants to get laid as well, like huh? stop at 35%, too bored to continue.
Unfortunately Cole/Jamie just didn't click for me but I'm not going to let that stop me from reading the rest of the series, really just because I am intrigued by Rachel's story.

The ending seemed abrupt to me but since it is a series I'll have to wait to see how it all plays out.
