A la manera de Jack Welch / In the Manner of Jack Welch: 24 Lecciones Del Mejor Director Ejecutivo Del Mundo

Rate this book
Jack Welch became one of history's most accomplished CEOs by rewriting the rules of leadership, and letting hands-on, frontline employees - instead of bureaucrats - tell him what needed to be done. The Welch Way distills Welch's management style into a fast-moving, hard-hitting plan for leadership success, one that will help anyone reach the top in any professional setting. The first book written specifically to help managers and employees apply Welch's actions and success strategies to their own careers, The Welch Way shines a light on how innovative and unpretentious leadership can spark employees to contribute above and beyond their normal duties, to take pride in their company and its products, and to help create a learning environment that is as exciting as it is transformative. Drawing on Welch's life and career, it explains how you can follow the Welch model.

OK, you want a quick and "easy" read of improving the culture and productivity of your team? You could finish this book in one sitting yet do it in two so you can digest the important information.

Not needing to read cover-to-cover in that order, you may jump around and read input on attacking specific issues you have. However, you can handle this book! Written in simple straight forward terms, you can quickly apply the methods within your team. As Jack Welch states "do not sit on a decision". You can decide soon to get this done, so do it!

A book to have handy, as it provides a valuable guide for leaders seeking clear, results-driven management strategies. A fast read with actionable insights. I appreciate the mentality of being hands-on and facing reality as it is, even when making sometimes hard decisions: "Face reality as it is, not as it was or as you wish it to be."
