Mmmm! I'm on a recipe book kick lately apparently. I enjoy reading them, especially when there's lots of back story and insight into better cooking methods or ingredients, etc. she gets an extra star simply because with her recipes, I'd actually try making them. There isn't an insane amount of time or ingredients involved, yet they still manage to sound yummy AND different.

Even though the recipes use some unusual ingredients, they are still very doable. Fun flavor combinations and easy-to-follow instructions. Delicious!
