Omega 3 review

Sometimes authors don't pay attention to their own advice. I would have explained equalizing the balance quite differently, more like Bill Lands teaches. Some plants have more E3 and less E6, rather than eating nuts, flax, etc

Excellent, if dumbed down, explanation for primarily omega 3's but fat metabolism, cell wall composition, and multiple nutrition related conditions.
Some oversimplification, but appendices include journal references, and author does make a point of separating evidence based medicine and metastudies from anecdotal and case reports.
Easy read with good information.

Very informative book! Definitely a must have on any home shelf. Dr. Sears presents the information in a scientific, fact based method in easy to understand terms with a side dish of humour.

A great read!!

I am fitness/nutrition freak so this book was great. I learned so much, and loved how it was made into a story as opposed to a lecture.
