This is a great resource for pastors, and it deals with many of the things that pastors face on a daily basis. It's a good book to have when one needs a little encouragement in the midst of ministry challenges. Includes John Maxwell, Os Guinness, Francis Schaeffer, Eugene Peterson, and more.
